Setup Initialization failed - Error AppHang B1

Have tried installed our IDSP 2016 deployment to 4 computers, gets stuck at initialization everytime (from network copy and local external HD copy).

Have Run as Admin, have tried installing as network admin and local admin, gets stuck.  Have tried a variety of updates and removing all updates, with and without C++ prerequisites, still fails.

HangSignature: 0147

Hang Type: 6144

 

Please help!

It looks like you are receiving the message: "Setup initialization failed: Connection has expired". Oftentimes installation and/or download issues can be addressed by using a different download method, or by downloading directly from the Autodesk Virtual Agent. This is a deployment install attempted from our Server and from my local external hard drive, no internet connection necessary. Even if there was, the computer is unblocked.
