Revit 2024 Setup.exe not run

hello everyone

For the 2024 version of Autodesk products, most of my students encountered installation problems. When they click on the Setup.exe file, no program is displayed for installation. I searched in Autodesk FAQ and tried the suggested solutions but none worked. Has anyone here had a similar problem and was able to fix it?

and download the 5 part Revit 2024 here.  Don't use the SETUP.EXE one ...

thanks for responding .

I downloaded it from here. These files are compressed
Therefore, they are first extracted and then installed with the installer. After extracting, no program to install is displayed. It means that the setup of Autodesk 2024 products do not work.

Can you share a screenshot of your C:\Autodesk folder?

 

Also, if your Anti-Virus turned off?

 

I used the installer from the link I shared .. worked for me

None of the Autodesk 2024 programs are installed.

It means that the setup.exe software does not work.

you guys make the video share your error messages etc.

 

I have the software installed already. No issues.

 

Also, make sure you have Admin rights / Anti-Virus - Firewall off.

I watched the original video and notice that it cuts off quickly after the preparing for installation dialog disappears.  In some cases, there is a delay between this and the actual product installation dialog.  I would wait for at least a minute or two before declaring that the install is not running.  You can also use Task Manager to verify if an Autodesk Installer process is running.


If the product installation dialog still doesn't display after a couple minutes and there is no Autodesk Installer process running, I would recommend running the AdODIS-installer.exe that resides in the ODIS folder alongside the Setup.exe.  After this component is installed, please try the product installations again.

Hello Sir @mdavis22569 I faced the same problem That Mr. Gasem Faced, even the AutoCAD and Revit 2023 that were working properly before I can't make them work again after I unstained them for version 2024, same problem, when I run Sutep.exe as administrator nothing happened for both versions.
I attached video to show that.

Hi. you can run Autodesk License Patcher Uninstaller.exe.  Later run file steup.exe revit 2024

Try a new Windows Profile for running it.
