Renew account access

Hi,

I renew my student account access for an additional year

After that I received an email from Autodesk

But I still have a 29-day notice of my license expiration. 

How can I remove this?

Try to reset your license by signing out of it and signing back in with your username.

If that does not work by itself, you can force-remove the licensing information from your PC using the Autodesk Licensing Support Tool:

Use the following commands in CMD (command prompt) in Windows:
cd %CommonProgramFiles(x86)%\Autodesk Shared\AdskLicensing\Current\helper
AdskLicensingInstHelper change -pk ###X# -pv YEAR.#.#.X -lm USER
(use the "AdskLicensingInstHelper list" command to check if your license key and version is the same as above)

But when I run the Manage license here

I see two different information for the same account

for some reason, I don't know which one because I didn't do anything, today everything is ok.
