"invalid" VAT NUmber

Hi,

I didn't know where to post this question. So I'll do it here. 

When I was buying Maya 2016, and entered my VAT number, I got a message saying "invalid VAT number".  The VAT number is correct, though.

After trying a couple of times, I just went ahead with it and bought Maya. 

I have an invoice now saying "invalid VAT number", next to my correct VAT number.

My company has been setup recently, however the VAT number should get recognized by now.

How do we solve this issue?

Hi Camillo,

I was charged with VAT, and the invoice says invalid VAT number. I tried using the "still need help?" page but the 'enter your order number", and the "enter you email address" textboxes are not working. I used different machines, and different browsers and haven't been able to write in those textboxes,so someone needs to check that out.

This also means that my issue is still not resolved. I have a valid VAT number, however my invoice says invalid. I need the VAT refunded back in some kind of way.

Can you let me know how we can solve this problem, please?
