Question over License Regions

Hello, so I am currently interested in getting 3DS Max. However, I have a few concerns regarding the regions. Currently, I am in the US, with a computer I bought from here. However, I might be moving to another country with a computer originated from that said country. Therefore, I am concerned as to what would happen to my license if I were to get it now. Would I be able to change it to the region I move to? Or am I better off waiting until I move to not potentially waste a license? I hope this is the correct board and that this makes sense, thank you!

Transfer Ownership of Autodesk Licenses or Subscriptions (TOLS)

"The transfer of Autodesk products or subscriptions involves the transfer from one individual or company to another individual or company, or from one country to another country*.

• Transfer to another country* – In most cases the licenses and subscriptions must be registered for at least 12 months to transfer to another country.

* Note: For licenses purchased in a member country of the European Union (EU) or the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), use throughout the EU and EFTA is permitted."
