Perpetual license for Auto cad 3D, we are a small industry concern can't subscribe frequently

AutoCAD is a 2D application not a 3D software.  AutoCAD can make 3D objects but its not a true solid modeling..

Autodesk no longer has perpetual license.

I'm confused by your posting..

I understand you're a small company but you can afford to purchase a full price of AutoCAD but you can't afford to subscribe?  That doesn't make sense to me..  Do you realize it roughly takes 3 years of term based licensing to equal a perpetual license on a maintenance plan.

IF you want to purchase full price of AutoCAD..  Buy a 3 year term license.  There's no more perpetual license its all term/rental based license.

Autodesk has since stopped selling new perpetual licenses for all products as of August 1, 2016

It seems you are trying to get information on the options available to you for purchasing Autodesk software. You can contact a Reseller as @pendean mentioned or Contact the Autodesk Sales Team if you have questions and find out where you can purchase the software. As mentioned, perpetual licensing are no longer offered, Autodesk has permanently moved to subscription licensing for their software.
