Hi I am unable to download AutoCAD 2017 with my educational account I was wondering how do I fix this issue?

Hello @donaldwilliams,

Welcome. I have created a post on the Steps for Setting-Up Student Software. 

Not sure what download method you have chosen to use but please try to review the information if you run into an issue you can always uninstall & try the Virtual Agent.
