No License Found for AutoCAD 2023 Free Trial

Hello!

I downloaded the free trial of AutoCAD 2023 today, but when I start the program I get the message "A license could not be found for this email address. Let's get you signed up on the latest version"

If I click the option "Get free trial", it just takes me back to the page to download the free trial, which just downloads the same file again. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software.

Surely I must be missing something straightforward here?

Thanks in advance for any help

I have the same problem.

Did you solve it yet?

Same issue,  maybe another 20 of these and they might have an answer, and you now have less than 4 weeks lefts.

Good luck

Yesterday I wrote to support about this issue. They promised to fix it. Perhaps if someone else writes to them with a link to this chat the process can speed up.

Still no solution yet, but I think the problem may have had something to do with downloading AutoCAD file with Firefox with the AdBlocker on...

Same issue here, still. Anyone perhaps found a solution to this?

@timeless.manners123 Question really is, why does your trial version think you are logged into an account that has no access to AutoCAD2023 for it to ask you to pay up.

Is it perhaps beyond the free 30-day trial (you installed it over a month ago), or someone already used up the trial on your PC, or did you log in with an account that is somehow belonging to someone (or you) that is not an Autodesk subscriber.

OR... is yours an EDU license by chance?

Hi @pendean , thanks a lot for the quick reply.

I have a new PC with a fresh Windows 10 installation, so nobody on this PC had the trial installed before. Also, this is the first time I am signing up for an Autodesk account with this email address.

Afterwards, I would login to Autodesk Desktop App with this e-mail, just in case. It is not an EDU license and it's only a few days into the trail period, so it has not expired.

I have also tried signing up with another email address with a different domain, just to rule that out, but it doesn't work neither. Tried reinstalling Autocad application, but to no avail.

Also, I have never officially received any license per se on email, I just created an account on Autodesk and tried logging in.

Not sure what else I might try.

Did anyone figure this out? I'm currently working with Autodesk support and they can't even seem to understand my issue.

I had the same issue. I gave up on the product.
