Mudbox 2018 Educational Product Key Incorrect

When trying to download Mudbox 2018 through the educational program (after selecting "School: Deploy with network server, Mudbox 2018, Windows 64-bit, English) the product key it gives is the product key for the 2017 version not the 2018 version (as the 2018 installer when making the admin deployment share accepts the serial but rejects the product key).

Double and triple checked all settings and verified the installer is the 2018 version but it still rejects the product key.

Is there any way to get this fixed ASAP? New school year starts in a month and I need the keys a good week before that to install the machines.

I'm not seeing a product key for the 2018 version. @natasha.l is there a reason?

Anyhow take the fourth character which is the letter "I" (eye) and change it to a "J". Everything else stays as is. Does that work?

HAH. OK that works. The installer took it with a J.

I will be generating and updating the key server tomorrow so will see how that goes.
