Maya 2016 student download working but I can't open it or find it on pc!

Hello, I am becoming very frustrated with my Maya 2016 download. Every time I download the program properly and update I can't seem to find my Maya 2016 anywhere on my pc not even on my control panel uninstall. All it shows is the extension. Even when I look at programs it doesn't show it or under windows 10 search feature! Screenshots are provided please help!! I need this for classes asap!

Without your installation log file we can only speculate what the issue is at this point.  So attach your installation file here so we can review it.

Posting info: Sometimes the installation log file contains the serial # that was assigned to you.  Open your log file using Windows Notepad and perform a search on "/SN".  Depending on the number of installation attempts, your serial # may be located throughout the log file.  If present, remove or "X" out your serial # prior to posting.

Hello, I do not see any .log files on the %Temp search through File Explorer. I sent a screenshot so you can see what I am seeing.

Bump, I still don't know how to find the log files. Kind of confused never experienced this or have done this before.
