Inventor 2020: Repeated Requests For License Activation

I have started getting repeated requests to activate my Inventor 2020 licence with a 14-day expiry warning notification. 

Once done, I receive an email confirmation that this has been successful only to receive identical requests during the session and when restarting (see attached jpeg).  Would appreciate any advice on the matter.

Do you still have a Serial number? 

You should have a Sign on if you're not a network license. 

Might be you also do have the permissions needed to fully set it as registered too.

I have just gone to my Account to check the serial numbers and my perpetual Autodesk license for Autodesk Inventor Product Design Suite 2018.  It has been removed and replaced with education versions of apps I have mostly never heard of. 

Education versions of Inventor 2020 and Fusion 360 but no account information is available.

What is going on?

So it sounds like you might not have a valid license anymore.

if you have a perpetual it'd be there still unless it's in another person name or was used in an updated

I attach a list of the Software associated with my account, of which there are now 25 in total.  With the exception of 3 titles, I am mostly unfamiliar with the purpose and have no knowledge of why they are there.  

Of the 3 I do know:

1.  Inventor  Professional (student single-user) was provided as a quick workaround for an issue with Inventor 2018 when projecting 2D sketch geometry into 3D sketches. This is the 2020 version I have been using for the past 2 years and is now constantly requesting activation.

2. Fusion 360 

3. A360 which has been retired since 2021

There is no listing for Inventor Product Design Suite Ultimate 2018 for which I hold a perpetual license.

In all cases no Serial Numbers, Product Keys or Request Codes are available.
