Installer not working

Downloaded AutoCAD for Mac, and it worked fine for a while then started freezing during startup. Uninstalled and reinstalled, and it continued to work for some time before the initial problem reoccured. I tried to uninstall and reinstall again, but now am getting an error message that says the installation failed and to contact the software manufacturer. Found a page in the troubleshooting tips about what to do with this pop up, but none of them helped.
