Installed Language pack is missing

Hi all!

I installed language pack for my ACA and unfortunatelly I deleted whole Autodesk folder. Permanently. Not Uninstalled, just deleted. I installed everything again instead of Language pack. It thinks that the Lang. pack is still presented. There is no option for reinstallation in instalator. I tried to delete everything from registry, from appdata, from program data.... nothing helped. Could you be so kind and help me with this? How can I reinstall this pack? Thank you.

Hi!

I had to edit registry in Windows and delete ALL keys for Autodesk products. Then it was possible to re-install all Autodesk SW.

Have a nice day.

Hello @Anonymous,

Thank you very much for getting back to us & contributing. I would like to include some information to this post to help users visiting the forums in the future with a similar issue.

  1. Conduct a Clean Uninstall of the program & use the MSfixitTool to complete the uninstall & clean out the registry for you
  2. Reboot the computer & log in as a Windows Administrator
  3. Empty your TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Start Menu and hit Enter
  4. Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your Windows operating system
  5. Use the Browser Download Method in your Autodesk Account or via the Autodesk Virtual Agent (download all the parts)
