Installation unknown error

I am trying to install autocad 2016 student version. But my computer is giving my an error. I dont even know what the error is i just says error this is what the error says.

I had to type all of that out so i may have some typos but thats it.

Can anyone help? I would greatly appreciate it. I've looked everywhere for an answer.

I would like to suggest downloading the product using this download method.  To download try the following:

1. Click on the following link:  Downloading Previous Versions of Autodesk Software Using the Virtual Agent
2. Click the link in step 2 to access the Virtual Agent
3. Click on Download Links
4. Click on AutoCAD Products
5. Then on AutoCAD
6. Select the appropriate product and click the link to download.   

It is necessary to perform the following steps to assure a successful installation:

1. Make sure you Logon to your computer as an Administrator.
2. Empty your TEMP folder.  To open the TEMP folder type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Explorer and hit Enter.  Delete all the contents of this folder.  Don't worry if deleting doesn’t remove everything by skipping files.
3. Disable your Antivirus software.  All Antivirus programs are different.  You may need to consult your Antivirus website to learn how to temporarily disable your service.
4. Disable UAC.  The following link will instruct you on how to disable UAC: 

Turn User Account Control on or off

Double clicking on any of the downloaded files will begin the installation process.

Yes I did thank you. I don't exactly know what the problem was. I tried your suggestions but i still come up unsuccessful, but I had just upgraded my windows 7 to windows 10. And after I did that then it downloaded smoothly.
