Installation issues

I'm a student and I've been trying to install Maya for quite some time. It downloads without issues but no matter what I try, I always have an installation issue. It has ranged from network errors (even though my network connection is perfectly fine) all the way to incomplete installations. If possible, I'd really appreciate some help.

Currently, I'm in the process of attempting to install it again, after removing anything that has to do with Maya from my computer. I will list exactly what I do and exactly what happens...
-Download successful

-Clicked "Install on this computer"

-Installation path: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\

-Clicked Install (disk space 6.80GB required / 1.31 TBh available)

-Installation complete. Some products failed to install. (Screenshot is attached)

Installation Log Files are attached. First one is Maya and second is DirectConnect.

Hi @Anonymous

Welcome to the Community.

Here are a couple of things you can try out:

- Perform a Clean Uninstall to ensure nothing Maya related is left on your computer.

- Try using a different browser and/or a different download method to download the installer. I suggest you try Downloading the Software using the Virtual Agent instead.

- Temporary disable your anti-virus and/or firewall during download and installation.

Kindly let us know if this works out for you or if the error persists.

Thanks,

Alright so... I tried using the virtual agent. I was a tad confused because I didn't know what the difference between Maya 2015 Part 1 and Part 2 was. I'm running on Windows 7 64-bit. I tried Part 2, but I got an error message when it was extracting. That error is linked as an attachment. I'm still currently downloading Part 1, so I'll give an update when it's finished...

Update:

I tried installing it the way that was stated, but I ended up with the same error. Screenshot is attached.
