Installation error: missing files

Hey,

I am a student and I just downloaded the "download" and "install" files from the Autodesk Education website for the Inventor Professional software.
The version I chose was from the year 2021 in Portuguese.
However, when I ran the 2 GB .exe the following message appeared:

Some files are missing.

I use Windows 7 Professional on a GTX 550 and i7-2600 computer with 8 GB of RAM.

I tried to put the directory in "C://" and "C://Autodesk" and I get the same message in both.

Typically Inventor download is 3 files... You need all of them..

Windows 7 is not supported for 2021 read system requirements: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcartic...

it also tells you what the problem is you didn't download all the files

turn off pop up blocker & try the download again there should be 3 files for 2021

But on the Inventor Educational Version Download website I can only find two files to download. The first I download by choosing "Install", while the second is found with "download".

How will I get the third file?

I moved to version 2020 with support for Windows 7.

I have a simalr problem. I'm trying to download educational Revit 2021 for a BVIM class next symester. I have successfully downloaded and used Fusion and Autocad in the past. I meet the system requirments. I've disabled Norton Antivirus.

I've tried the web Insta method several times. says missing files. I've also tried the downlaod methos. Same issue. Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong. Screen shots attached.

HP Spectra 360, Windows 10 Home 64bit up to date, 8GB ram, 476GB SSD.

REVIT 2021 installer is spread over many files, not just one. You are not getting them all.

You can ask this automated service for the download files https://ava.autodesk.com/

Or dig through this post in the forum you are writing in for links that I found using the search box for the forum you are writing in https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/installation-licensing/autodesk-2021-products-direct-download-links-u...

Thank you. I got it installed. You were much better help than Autodesk support. They didn't seem to understand my problem.
