Installation complete. Some products failed to install.

Hi there, 

I've been trying to install maya for over a week now (student version) and previously have had no issues downloading the software however after trying to install it recently I keep coming up with the same error and I have tried everything I can think off such as deleting and reinstalling the files. Removing any autodesk maya folders and clean installing. Deleting C++ files as I heard this had helped however nothing has worked for me and I am really drawing a blank, any help would be appreciated.

This is a public forum ... be cautious your log contained your Serial number ...

I've asked for the file to be removed.

How are you downloading it for installation?

@mdavis22569 Oh sorry, my mistake! I download it from the website using the installation app however have also tried going into the files and running the maya installation without the app as well

If you see a browser download option in the account manager ... try that
