Hi, my name is Eve, i want to dowunload Civil 3D for 64 fits and my computer show me a message: "error, restart the installation"
so i can´t installed this program, can you help me? please

What are your spec's ?

How are you installing it

I would first make sure you have  met the spec's for the software

if so, then I would use the Virtual Agent for the download:

While that is downloading:

1) Turn off your Anti-Virus 

2) Turn off your UAC

3) Turn off your Firewall

than try installing it
