Transfer licence

I'm trying to export my licence autocad 2012.  I always have a message telling me that internet connection is missing.  I have access to the internet and can use it.  This is a corporate PC with limited access to modify configuration.  The firewall is off. 

Is there a place I can connect with IExplorer and do the transfer from there instaed of using the export licence program?

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

My advice..  Install 2012 on the new machine and activate it.  Then perform a clean uninstall per these instructions on the old machine.  However if you run into an activation issue you will have to contact Autodesk (see below) and they will resolve it.  But activation or transfer of license is only permitted it the serial # is still active.
