Activation Error 123

Error 123 appears while activating the product. Even after following all instructions provided by the tech support.

Error 123 usually means you are trying to activate a license type you didn't purchase.  Like trying to activate a standalone single user license when you have a network/multi-user or you have standalone license and you are activating it as a network.  What license type do you have and what method did you use?

If you have a serial # use the middle option.

Please let us know if you are still experiencing this issue or you have now activated your software, was the issue just related to selecting the improper option on the Let's Get Started screen?

Hello @Anonymous,

 

I wanted to follow up on this thread post. This was related to an activation issue that required an Activation Code from Registration & Activation.

What product are you trying to activate?

What is your license type?

Does your license have a serial number? (if standalone/single-user, you can check this on your Autodesk account under All Products and Services)
