I am getting an error while downloading 3ds max please help

Please help. I'm trying to download 3ds max. After downloading it gives an error like in the picture please help thank you.

The error says that not all files were downloaded, this usually happens because your browser is blocking parallel or multiple downloads.

You need to activate multiple downloads, see how to fix it in Chrome:

thanks for your feedback.

It looks like you are using download now or browser download option to install the product.

browserdownload has 4 files and some of the files are not downloaded because the pop up blocker blocking the files to download.

Please allow pop ups or disable the pop up blocker and try again to download the files, after complete download the files then try to install.
