I really need help. I am college student and i already have Educational Access. I have downloaded Revit 2019 from Education Community, and i use "Install" method. After that, when i get into the app, it shows up that i need to choose the type of license (Picture 1). I choose "Single User" and sign in, then the trial version banner is show up (Picture 2). I tried "Already have License" option on Picture 2, and i choose "Sign in with Different User" option and i sign in again, and still the same thing happened. After this incident, i uninstall the app before and redownload the software from AVA (Autodesk Virtual Agent). This time, when the process of download happened, it shows license agreement and stuff. I think that this is a good sign, however when i get into the app, the trial version banner is still there.
1. Can anyone help me on this? How can i fix this issues? I am afraid to take the next step on my own because i am new on this especially on the trial.
2. Do i need a serial number to get into the app? If yes, where can i find it? I don't see any of the serial number in my emails, my account, and the process of download the app
3. How to get products that i have downloaded listed to my account? Maybe at there i can get the serial number?
4. Do we need to put serial number on the app as we are student with educational access?
I also have emailed Education Support about this, however there is no luck on it.
