I really need help. I am a college student, and i already have my educational access recently. I have downloaded Revit 2019, with "Install" method on the Education Community website. The process on downloading and installing, it seems okay for me. However, when i get into the app, it shows up for me to choose type of license (Picture 1). I choose "Single User" and i signed in. Unfortunately, the trial version thing showed up (Picture 2). I also tried to clicked on the "Already Have License" button, however it still shows up the same thing. After this problem happened, i uninstall the app and the other things that support this app, and redownload the software from AVA (Autodesk Virtual Agent). This time it shows up the license agreement, maybe it's a good sign, however it still shows the trial version on it when i signed in. I also have sent emails to Autodesk Education Support about this, but there is no luck.
Does anyone experienced this? How can i fix this issues?
Do i need to have serial number or product key to access Revit 2019? If yes, Where can i find it? So far when i checked my emails, the process of download the app, and my account, i did not see any serial number for Revit 2019
Apart from that, can i know how to get my chosen products into my account? I am not really sure how it works but maybe i can look for my serial number from that?
I am using windows 10 pro, 64 bit, i5 4GB RAM
