We are a 3rd level college in Ireland, and have recently regitered on the ARC, and successfully requested and received licences for Entertainment Creation Suite. As we are between semesters here, I have downloaded Autodesk_3ds_Max_2015_EFGJKS_Win_64bit_R2_dlm.sfx.exe, to do a test install before packaging for a general rollout.
However, having downloaded the file, on first launch the installer failed, stating that the program was "made up of multiple files" and that a "file was missing".
On subsequent launches, it simply gives a "File Corrupted Error".
I do not seem to have the option of using Download Now, but only Browser Download. I can't say for certain though, that this is what's causing the issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.
