Hello everyone. My computer crashed and I had all of my hard drive contents transfered to a new computer. So I need to get an activation code for the re-install for my C3D 2013. I went to this web site. (registeronce.autodek.com) entered my serial number just as it is on the confromation sheet, that I got

last year when I purchased C3D. Comes back Invalid number

your serial number was probably upgraded to something else
