Downloads Links in Virtual Agent for Autodesk Building Design Suite Premium 2016

The donwload links for Autodesk Building Design Suite Premium 2016 are split into 6 individual files. Unfortuntalely, I get a HTTP 404  "The Webpage Cannot Be Found" when selecting any of these linkis to download the software. I am using IE10 to download.

In Chrome, I get the following error when selecting the links "An error occurred while processing your request.

Sorry about the issue. It does appear that the link is having an issue. I have reported the link as not working. In the meantime, please contact Customer Care to request direct download links.
