Data Privacy pop-up hangs/delays programs startups

When I launch either ACAD 2021 or Navisworks Freedom 2021 I get the following:

The blue circles around for a number of seconds, as much as 30 seconds or more. Eventually it disappears and the program starts. This occurs when I'm working from either my company's office, or if I'm working from home (either connected to the company VPN or not).

It's only just started after applying a number of updates that came from the Autodesk App.

Any suggestion on stopping this would be grateful.

Is there an answer on how to get rid of this annoying Data Privacy popup that I also get when starting AutoCAD LT 2022? It started after an update.

It should only pop up once. You can also change / set your privacy settings on your Autodesk Account page. Maybe that will suppress the message?

I tried whatever I found in Autodesk forums. But none of them worked for me. Dear Autodesk management please submit a working resolution for this problem.
