Computer Brokedown - License Lost

Hi,

We had a Autocad 2010 license on a computer installed. This computer was infected with a cryptolocker. I'm trying to get the serial and license transfer to another computer but I don't know how to do that. We lost the original box with the codes. I read that it is possible to transfer this license but i don't find the software for it. Is it possible to assist me with that?

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

Do you still have the installation media?  If not its going to be hard to install without that since 2010 is retired and no longer supported.

Autodesk only maintains the current released product year and 3 legacy versions.  Legacy versions that are older than this guideline are considered obsoleted and no longer supported by Autodesk and thus there's no "live" download for these releases.  Please see this article for additional information.
