3DS MAX 2019 product key problem

Hello!

I try to create deployment for 3ds max 2019 and on license access step i have a trouble:

i select 'network' and put my serial number (ok) and product key (128K1 - is wrong?)

where i can take correct product key for 3DS MAX 2019?

i looking for it in my autodesk.account  and at this page:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/activate/find-serial-number-product...

but both ways give 128K1

 

i have license and keys to revit 2019 and autocad 2019 and with the same steps is ok , but 3ds max 2019 is not ok

Are you copy / pasting it in or are you typing it?

 

I have seen an issue where people copy paste it and there is an extra space in it ...

Thanks for reply.

I tried to copy\pase and type from keyboard, also cheked for the no spaces before and after product key, red cross still here..

Have you tried to manually activate it via AVA (Autodesk Virtual Agent)

May I suggest hitting the back button on the deployment and then next and refill in the info again by typing everything..  No copying/paste.

Ok, thanks all for reply.

I've made this one:
just restarted installation (close and start again Setup.exe) Man Embarassed

At this time product key check is green.
