Communication Failure

Hello, I have boughtAutocad LT through Autocad Store. I have tried "download now" but I get always a message of "communication failure". I've desactivated UAC and followed the recommendations, but no success. I've tried now the browser download but when I write the key there is a red cross that doesn't allowds me to follow. The serial number and the key I get them from my account in details of subscription.

Can you help me? My ciompany bought the licence in the UK and I'm trying to download it in Spain. Is this a problem?

You need to use browser download of the software.

In regards to your license question: Licenses are country specific and cannot be used over multiple countries. You will either need to purchase another license from a Spanish reseller or contact a local reseller to request a transfer of license to Spain.
