CFD 2019 crashes on startup (access violation, error 0xC0000005)

I recently installed CFD 2019 Ultimate as I have a student license besides Inventor 2020 Pro, which is working perfectly fine, but when I started up CFD at the first time, I got a crash with a dump file, which said "The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access." and error 0xC0000005. Also, I noticed that the serial num in the dmpuserinfo.xml is not matching with my serial num. As I cannot access the program to change that, how can this be solved?

Which version do you have?

I would say that if you have the latest version then try to reinstall CFD and see if it solves the problem.

I tried reinstalling it multiple times, twice clear uninstalled, twice the whole autodesk library uninstalled. Checked registers, I have the latest version, CFD 2019 Ultimate.
