Cannot install Revit 2020

Hi,

I cannot install Revit 2020, the moment it finishes downloading the setup, it gives me a message saying that there are at least 1 or multiple files not downloaded.

Now I tried to use the advice from this link (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Error-Pr...). Even though AVA  gave me a download and I just had to select the Browser part to download the setup, it didn't open and still gave me that message. I don't know what files I am missing, but I never had this problem because even my Revit 2019 always had all the files put together and setup was done. After removing all Autodesk programs, I can't download Revit 2019

either because now I get the same pop-up. It's very frustrating.  Please help get this fixed!

it tells you what the issue is

you didn’t download all the files

read the file name & it tells how many files are needed

thanks for replying. I have tried desktop app and I always do browser download so I know the location I am downloading in. However, they didn't solve my problem.

It did not tell me how many files I needed to download, and there are different locations to download the Revit 2020.

I tried to download 2020 version through a different location link: https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview?sorting=featured&page=1

It tells me to save 7 files. So when they were all downloaded, I open the first one ie. 001_007, I said to save on C:/Autodesk, it closes on me, and nothing happens. I tried this many times to see if any of the files download. There were no results 😕 What is the difference between downloading 7 files, all 2GB, when I could download the 15.9 GB on browser download through the "manage products and downloads"? Unfortunately, I get the same error message for 15.9 gb

So I downloaded all the 7 files and my pop-blocker was blocked. The set up still didn't work 😕

Edit: I think I'll just do the automatic "install" instead of browser because my 3 max was having a problem with this kind of setup, so when I did "install" it actually worked. There was no issues and my account was automatically signed in. I'll see how revit goes
