I am just curious as to how Autodesk education works now when it comes to installation and licensing. I am a student and I was downloading AutoCad 2020. The installation was successful but for some reason, I was never given a serial number and product key to activate and this always given through my login email. So ended up using the single user with login account.
According to AVA I am supposed to get something like this when I download and actually that was always how I downloaded my programs. I don't know if AVA is outdated because even on my "Manage products and download" I should see all my recent download with its serial number and product key, but in fact all I see is my 2019 versions. All my 2020 products do not appear on the list. Please help
I have other problems with the other products i am downloading but that will be put in a separate forum
