Cannot access AutoDesk Account (old email)

My AutoDesk account login is an old work email that was de-activated and I cannot remember the password. I therefore cannot reset my password to access my account since the email on my account no longer exists. All I have is a subscription # which is active because it just auto-renewed.
I have called the one support number and the recording simply re-directs me to on-line support. I need to talk to a real human.
How can I do this?
