can't install Inventor 2020 error

Hello! I'm a high school student from Taiwan

I can't install Inventor 2020,can somebody help me? Thanks!

Autodesk Licensing,I don't know how to fix it

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

 

This is an English speaking forum so we have no way of knowing what it states after Autodesk Licensing.  Can you provide the installation log file so we can review it

It's saying the install haven't finished. Some products cant' install.

                 Auto Licensing haven't installed (error:1)

Not sure what you are showing under "is this one"

 

Also looking at the service..  Too me it doesn't look started...   You should be seeing who (which account) is running that service..

And I found there are some mistakes,it's always appear everytime I install

Don't provide a screen shot of a portion of log file.   Attach the entire log file for review..  Just because you underlined the word error doesn't mean that's the issue.   Actually the issue is a few lines above it where it stating the installation was aborted.

 

What sub-folders are located here C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AdskLicensing

Is there a reason why you can't attach the log file?   Images of your log file is not helpful as I already indicated...

 

In addition it doesn't appear your licensing mechanism was fully installed properly.

Thanks for your feedback.

 

The screenshot you sent is some times due to incomplete download files..

could you please check the popup blocker is  enabled or not?

Could you please deleted the download files from Dowload folder and c:/autodesk folder and restart the system and then re-download the files and install?
