Hi,
I'm stuck in a loop of weirdness. I have a subscription to Maya for 6 years as an Indie user. When I got to the site I can't download Maya as it keeps showing the ACCESS only option in the Product and services tab. I click Access and it just takes me to the purchase options.
I've deleted cookies and all the jazz. When I log via my phone it shows the download option as expected. Nothing I do on the PC is letting me get the download option.
Any ideas? Support are saying they can see Download on their end. ChatGPT is saying that...
