Autodexk 3DS Max 2013 Licencing not remaning activated after activation.

I've been using Max 2013 a few years and while I will be upgrading soon my Licensing Activation keeps resetting and counting down as though I have a Trial. I've tried Automatic and Manual activation and it thanks me for activating my product and I can use the program no problem. However, as I stated every time I start a new session with the software it re-prompts me that my License is about to expire and needs re-activation. I've tried automatic and manual reactivation of my software and I really can't afford having the License expire.

Any input on why my activation is not remaining activated would be great as I would rather continue using this product than finding Freeware alternatives (Blender and such I just dislike the platform).
