Autodesk Licensing Service doesn't install

As I'm trying to install Maya 2022 on my Windows 7 (Yes I know its no longer supported, but even previous version of Maya don't install) It gets stuck around 43-42% then throws me an installation error (With no code)

After fiddling with the logs (The only logs found are about adsklicensing) I found out it was something about error 1053, I tried all the solutions in the faq and a problem I've noticed that is not written in there is that I don't have a AdskLicensingService.data file at all, it simply doesn't create when I'm trying to manually install the Licensing Service manually, and when trying to launch it through services.msc it immediately throws a 1053 error.

I tried manually installing the Service again then manually verify my software through cmd.exe and it threw the error attached to this post.

I have no clue what to do anymore, and I am resigned to fail this course in my university and never getting my title because holy cow i tried everything I can think and find. Here are the AdskLicensing-install.log files too  under attachments (Because it doesn't even make a maya install log, maybe it never gets to that point)

I tried installing Maya 2020 this time, the installer actually sent me an error about the licensing service not working (Again, because the .data file does not create I assume). What's funny is that it kept installing stuff unlike 2022, like the desktop app and whatnot, here is the error at the end of installation.

Again I ask for help
