I'm VERY excited to introduce the new AVA (Autodesk Virtual Agent) Verification Assistance!
...what does this mean for you and your peers, you might be thinking....
With the need for students to be verified in order to have access to the free software, last year was a little stressful for many students who were having issues getting verified, knowing if they were verified, and getting up and going with their software. One of the great teams at Autodesk set out to make this year easier, and added a verification assistance into AVA.
Now, if you or a classmate wants to check to make sure they are still verified, or go through troubleshooting to see exactly where there is a problem (maybe you haven't yet submitted documents, or it's still being manually reviewed), AVA can let you know where you are in the process and next steps. If you haven't verified at all, it will walk you through how to do so, step by step.
It is our hope that this will help ease some of the stress from the last year, and get every student access to their software quicker and easier.
(It's also still full of great guided troubleshooting for installation issues, account issues, and more).
