Autodesk installer for AutoCAD MAC 2023 will no accept user ID and password can cannot install software

Hi All,

I have downloaded AutoCAD MAC through university account but when I try to install it, I can't get past the Autodesk Installer. I enter the user ID as per my account and password but it does not seem to accept as correct despite there being correct.

My online Autodesk account is verified and everything should be in order. I have also updated my mac (16-inch, 2019, Monterey 12.6) to the latest version but this does not seem to make any difference. Any help would be great.

Is this your license or the schools license? 

What do you show in your Account manager under software ( do you see AutoCAD MAC )

It's possible it's not showing you have a valid license if nothing is there.
