I would do the following:

1.  That you have full admin rights to your PC.

2.  Your video card driver version is the latest.  Do not rely on Windows telling you it is..  Go directly the Vendor's web site.

3.  Clean out your personal temp (%temp%) folder.

Good luck and report back on your progress.

Hi @Mark.Lancaster.
I did everything that indicated .

1 - I am the total administrator of my computer
2 - My video card works normally

3 - I've already cleaned the entire "Temp" folder.

It did not help. Would you have another solution?

For a test..  Right mouse click on the Plant 3D desktop icon and select run as admin..  What happens then?

Update: Also what sub-folders do you see under C:\Programdata\Autodesk\CLM\LGS?

Ok..  For a test create that folder structure of C:\Programdata\Autodesk\CLM\LGS..  Launch the application, does it work now?

IN that folder structure what do you see now?  Just because the folder structure is there doesn't mean it has all the required files.

Hi @Mark.Lancaster

Good morning.

It has the files inside it.

None of the aforementioned alternatives made the program work.

What does it state inside of the LGS.DATA file?  Its a text file and can be opened with notepad

_USER

_STANDALONE

_NETWORK

Update:  ALso perform these steps

I stole this wording/reply from my buddy @Darin.Green, so he takes all the credit for the steps..  Smiley Wink

This should help get your application working. Assuming you have a valid serial number/contract.

Close the application

On your computer, navigate to: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\CLM\LGS\<Product_Key>_2017.0.0.F  [<Product Key> is the product key of the Autodesk Application you have]
Delete the LGS.data file.
Navigate to C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\ folder
Delete the ADUT folder and it's contents
Start the application.

When you start the application, it will prompt you to choose one of the following:

Login - 30 day trial licenses
Serial Number - Standalone and Single-User activation
Network - Network License server for obtaining licenses from a machine on your network

Choose the option that matches your license.

Hi @natasha.l

I downloaded and installed AIDA. It does the scanning and gives a message, when the "ok" the message disappears and does no other action. Attached is a "print" of the message.erro initialization plant 3d_02.png

Hello @Anonymous,

In the C:\Autodesk\Autodesk_Maya_2017_EN_JP_ZH_Win_64bit_dlm\3rdParty folder for Maya these redistributable are stored here.

-Repair the items listed in your Control Panel > sort by "Installed On"

x64 & x86 Microsoft  Redistributable

2010 SP1

2012 UPD4

2013

2015

-If the repair does not work, then try to uninstall them.

-Then, reinstall them all back on the machine by visiting the Microsoft website.

Please keep us posted. Smiley Happy
