Application installation problems

Regards.

I have downloaded SketchBook for teachers. I have followed all the steps for activation but I am experiencing problems and I get the following message in a box "SketchBook.exe-Application error. The application could not start correctly (0x000007b)". The previous process I have done several times and the same box appears.
My computer is windows 7 professional, 64 bits

Welcome to Autodesk Community.

 

It could be caused by a corrupted installation.

Have you tried to follow these steps provided in this Knowledge Base article?

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)" when launching Autodesk products

Hi I think you misunderstood the 'Accept as Solution' button idea, just ignore that.

 

You need to refer to the hyperlink for some steps to follow:

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)" when launching Autodesk products
