It is often tedious to add new data sources to projects with several proposals. I have to add them one by one to each and every proposal.
I think the master proposal should act as a parent to which all the other proposals are child proposals. So anything added to the parent would also appear in the child proposals. Then of course anything removed from the child proposals would not affect the parent.
At the moment you either make everything final and then create proposals or you create proposals as you go and if you need to add more things to finalize the design, you need to do it several times over and over again to have it in all of the proposals.
