Interstate Bridge with offramp ion the bridge? 

When ramp is added to 1st bridge, another (no. 2) new bridge is added. 

Problem is No.2 bridge now has abutment in the water.

If abutment is deleted grading then slopes water acording to grading.

Need to be able to add off ramp in bridge. This is common in the interstate highway design.

The ability to model bridges with on/off ramps is definitely required. This is on our road map and involves some enhancements on the road modeling side (to properly join the horizontal, vertical and super-elevation aspects of both roads) as well as some enhancements such that the bridge understands that it is dealing with multiple alignments. For example, some of the girders on both alignments might be supported by a common pier etc.
