2D Drawing import uses the georeference / Scale from the dwg

When importing a 2D Drawing with the new import provider, it does not take into account the georeference nor the scale from the original map or civil drawing.

Feels strange to scale a perfectly georeferenced dwg.

Can the georeference be taken or read from the civil or map drawing?

Please also implement this for 2D raster overlays using attached world files.

This is a must have. Case in point, I created a large 23 mile area for a pursuit and the team wanted a way to view 2D CAD alternatives on top of the model. Great, I can import the CAD as an overlay, which can easily be toggled on and off using the model explorer, but the process of placing the CAD is a serious PITA. Don't get me wrong, I like the ability to rubber sheet and place an overlay, but for something this large and complex, it is not particularly easy. If, however, I could just select the coordinate system of the CAD file coming in, it should drape in a similar fashion to how an aerial image would come in, provided it contains coordination information.
