I have a question about create the video about my infraworks case.

I want to make a video which include different cases. Do the software have this kind of function?

do you want to create a video that shows what you are doing in InfraWorks?

If yes, then use Screencast.

Do you want to create a story board and render a video showing different proposals?

Rendering a video is possible from the story board, but only for one proposal at a time.

That you answered my question. Now I used story board to create a video. 

I hope the video can show the infrastructures before using and using( eg. have some cars or ships).

Should I use some other softwares to make my story idea come true?

I cannot give you any recommendation which tool to use. It depends on the workflow and final outcome.

In any case, you can always create several videos in InfraWorks and use these in a separate video composing tool to blend/merge, for example if you want to show proposal A and late proposal B in one video.

I use Windows Movie Maker (free!) to combine/edit the videos exported from Infraworks. It's simple to use and produces great results.
