Problem installing Infraworks 2021

Hi,

I have a problem to install Autodesk Infraworks 2021.

The steps I have done before installing it:

1. Uninstall previous version, Infraworks 2020, with Autodesk uninstall tool
2. Perform clean uninstall follow https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/remove-products/clean-uninstall

Each time when I install Infraworks 2021, it ends up with a screen message as shown in image 1.

Can someone explain to me what’s wrong with my installation?
