I know two reasons for this issue only:
- Graphics Adapter doesn't meet the specs or there is a driver issue
- The program cannot establish a connection to the Autodesk license servers due to a proxy server (Firewall, Antivirus) blocking the connection or files.
For 1. - could you send the system information file (.NFO)? To keep privacy, please send me a personal message.
For 2. - If you are using a proxy server or you don't know, try switching to another network temporarily. Also, delete the file loginstate.xml in folder %AppData%\Local\Autodesk\Web Services. This will reset your cached license and the file will automatically be created again with the next login.
