Is there an issue with the Model Builder service? I know the Health Dashboard shows InfraWorks as "Currently working as expected" but I tried creating a model about 30 minutes ago and it's still not showing up. And just to make sure I wasn't losing my mind, I tried to create another model and still nothing. It's never taken longer than a couple of minutes for it to show up in InfraWorks.

The Model Builder selection process worked as normal, but the model has yet to show up. It's been 10 minutes, when it usually takes 1.
I'm still on 18.1.36.0, but that might not be a factor.
I tried using both my work account and my Expert Elite account (on a separate machine). Both have yet to create a model. Also, both machines are running 18.2.50.0 so not sure if that has anything to do with it. Hmmmm.... Kinda dead in the water at the moment.

I thought about that AFTER I clicked the closed button. And since I haven't received any emails I don't have the IDs. Are they tucked away in a LOG file somewhere perhaps?? Or can you look it up based on log in account name/email?

I just created a new model of the exact same area (to get you a tracking ID#) and it went right through. Showed up almost instantly for my Expert Elite account. Same with my work account. So I guess it's working now??
Still haven't seen the previous models show up though.

Model builder crashes my computer immediately upon selecting it. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing. I have deleted adware programs and updated my graphics driver. It still crashes.

can you send the InfraWorks log files from C:\Users\<<USER>>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk InfraWorks\logs ?
Do you have the chance to submit a CER report when the program crashes? If yes, please enter your email address and submit it, if a CER number is displayed, please send the number.

I am having the same issue. I have attached my screen shot showing the ID. I have tried to close out and log back in. I do have limited space on my Cdrive is this causing the issue? I have about 7GB remaining.

Can I still use model builder if my license expired?.. many time trying, still failed.. and nothing appear..

without an active InfraWorks subscription you should not even be able to open a "normal" InfraWorks and create new (Model Builder) models, but only Infraworks in Viewer Mode.
