Is there an issue with the Model Builder service?
I got an email from infraworks about a disk space problem. but I have free 500GB. what could be the problem?

I do have the exactly same problem after updating to the 2020 version. six different area (10 ~ 100 sq km) models created and all of them failed to create on 04/27/2019 as well. Every update have same problems and getting frustrated again and again. If this continue, Autodesk should not release any new version!

Thank you for the quick response and three project areas created through the model builder this morning and the first one successfully created and still waiting for the remainders. It will take time to complete due to the size of the areas (100 sq. km). I will keep you posted how they turn out.

One of the three projects this morning failed as the attached image shows. The error was the "socket hang up". What does it mean? The project size was about 60 sq km.

The "socket hang up" refers to a time out issue. We checked the logs and it appears that most models are going through without issue. We will investigate further, but in the meantime could you try your model request again and let me know if it is successful? Thanks!

only now the model appears after half an hour. Previously, this procedure took a few seconds.
